Individual Therapy
A space to come home to yourself
Life can pull us in a thousand directions, relationships, work, family, expectations, until it’s hard to hear your own voice. Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Together, we explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck or disconnected and build new ways of relating to yourself and others with clarity and compassion.
How I Work
My approach combines insight-oriented therapy with mindfulness and somatic awareness, helping you not only understand your experiences but feel them in a way that leads to genuine change. We look at how your history, beliefs, and nervous system responses shape the present, and we use that awareness to create space for new choices and perspectives.
You don’t have to have a diagnosis or a crisis to start therapy. Sometimes, it’s simply about wanting to live with more ease, honesty, and alignment.
What You Can Expect
A collaborative, supportive relationship built on honesty and respect
Practical tools for managing anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
Deeper self-understanding and self-trust
A felt sense of safety and connection both within yourself and with others

A Note About My Process
In our sessions, there’s room for humor, silence, curiosity, and truth.
Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are, it’s about making space to be more fully yourself, even in the difficult moments.
“Growth happens not by pushing harder, but by learning to listen more deeply.”
Begin Where You Are
