Listening to the wisdom within

Our bodies and minds are always in conversation. When something feels off, it’s often because part of that conversation has been ignored, pushed away, or misunderstood. Somatic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy bring gentle attention to what your body and inner parts have been trying to express the emotions, sensations, and stories that shape how you experience yourself and the world.

How Somatic and IFS Therapy Work Together

In this work, we slow down and listen. Through somatic awareness, we tune into how emotions and memories show up as sensations in the body, tension, warmth, pressure, breath. With IFS, we explore the inner landscape of “parts” the protectors, critics, and younger selves that developed to help you survive.

By meeting these parts with curiosity and compassion, we invite the body to relax and the nervous system to regulate. Over time, you begin to experience yourself as more connected, whole, and at peace.

What to Expect

Four dark blue circles arranged in a square pattern on a black background.

Sessions are collaborative, intuitive, and paced around your sense of safety.
We might notice where an emotion lives in your body, follow a subtle impulse, or give voice to a part of you that’s been silenced.
Together, we create enough stability to feel what was once overwhelming and enough compassion to integrate what you discover.

An Invitation

Somatic and IFS therapy are not about analysis or fixing, they’re about relationship: with your body, your history, and the many parts that make you who you are. When those parts feel seen, your system naturally moves toward balance and freedom.
